  • What time is check-in / check-out time?
    Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
    Early check-in and late check-out are available separately for JPY 1,100 / hour.

     

  • Is there a curfew?
    We are open 24 hours a day, and late-night reception is available for unmanned check-in with an automatic check-in machine.

     

  • What about the payment method?
    Please pay at check-in.
    We also accept advance payments by online payment or bank transfer.

     

  • Do you support cashless payments such as credit cards and electronic money?
    We support major credit card companies and electronic commerce. For details, please see the banner at the top of the official page.

     

  • Please tell me how to use the parking lot.
    The parking lot requires advance reservation. If you are arriving by car, please be sure to check availability with the hotel before booking. 2,000 yen / night 1,000 yen / day use TEL: 03-5379-1041

     

  • What should I do if there is a change in my reservation?
    We would appreciate it if you could cancel your reservation and make a reservation again.
    In addition, if you want to change the number of people just before check-in, you can contact us directly.
    When the number of people is added in the same room: 1 person added 3,000 yen / night

    When changing rooms: Fees will vary depending on the reservation status on the day.
     

  • Is it possible to specify the room and floor?
    It may be available depending on the availability on the day and your membership rank.

     

  • Is there a charge for children?
    Free for children under 5 years old. Additional costs will be incurred if additional bedding is required.

     

  • Can I order breakfast? Is there a dining room / restaurant?
    Breakfast: 1,000 yen / person Meals will be served in the room between 7:00 and 9:00. The hotel does not have restaurant facilities.

     

  • Is there a gym or pool nearby?
    There is a gym and pool in the facility called Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium. You can use it even if you are not a member.

     

  • Is there a convenience store nearby?
    FamilyMart and Lawson are a 1-minute walk away.

     

  • Can I make a reservation without registering as a member?
    You can make a reservation without registering as a member. In that case, member benefits
    Please note that you cannot receive.
     

  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Canceled 2 days in advance: 20% of accommodation price
    Cancellation the day before: 40% of the accommodation price
    Cancellation on the day: 100% of the accommodation price

    If you cannot come after the check-in time, or if you cannot contact us no matter how many times you contact us, it may be canceled.
